Why will he?He'll probably be used as makeshift weight for the Livramento bid next winter/summer.
very hard to keep two top keepers happy, one will give in the next year or two imo. Don't get me wrong, it will be beneficial for Trafford to learn from one of the best in the business, but lets be honest, he'll want to be playing every week.

Yeah but how tall is he?James Trafford is probably a better right back than Livramento.
Does he track back?James Trafford is probably a better right back than Livramento.

We don’t know thatTrafford has been sold down the canal I'm afraid. On the plus side it's good to see City back making marquee signings.
We have no idea on what premise he signedNewcastle wanted him this summer, but City chose to activate their buyback clause.
Newcastle still wants a new starting GK, and we’ll see how satisfied Trafford is playing as a backup GK.
He joined on the premise that Ederson will be phased out in a year. Now he has to deal with Donnarruma.
City doesn’t want to pay 80M for Livramento. 40M+Trafford for Livramento is not out of the realm of possibilities.
We know he signed up to compete with Eddy in his last season. Donnarumma replacing him as number one age 26 on a 5+ year contract was not part of the deal.We don’t know that
You work for the club lol? No one knows the details...We know he signed up to compete with Eddy in his last season. Donnarumma replacing him as number one age 26 on a 5+ year contract was not part of the deal.
Again, that is your interpretation and not necessarily factWe know he signed up to compete with Eddy in his last season. Donnarumma replacing him as number one age 26 on a 5+ year contract was not part of the deal.
We'll see if & when Traff pulls up his tent pegs next year. He's by nature a taciturn Lancastrian so I'm not surprised there's been no comment from him - I imagine the media are very frustrated not to get his take on Big Don's arrival.Again, that is your interpretation and not necessarily fact
So you agree, you don't knowWe'll see if & when Traff pulls up his tent pegs next year. He's by nature a taciturn Lancastrian so I'm not surprised there's been no comment from him - I imagine the media are very frustrated not to get his take on Big Don's arrival.
Knowledge is simply having enough good reasons to believe something is true, his exit next year will provide a few more. There is simply no way Trafford would have joined us if he knew we were signing Donnarumma to replace Eddy.So you agree, you don't know
I agree with you completely.Knowledge is simply having enough good reasons to believe something is true, his exit next year will provide a few more. There is simply no way Trafford would have joined us if he knew we were signing Donnarumma to replace Eddy.
