1 | James Trafford - 2025/26

very hard to keep two top keepers happy, one will give in the next year or two imo. Don't get me wrong, it will be beneficial for Trafford to learn from one of the best in the business, but lets be honest, he'll want to be playing every week.

I support Trafford.

Why will he?

Newcastle wanted him this summer, but City chose to activate their buyback clause.

Newcastle still wants a new starting GK, and we’ll see how satisfied Trafford is playing as a backup GK.

He joined on the premise that Ederson will be phased out in a year. Now he has to deal with Donnarruma.

City doesn’t want to pay 80M for Livramento. 40M+Trafford for Livramento is not out of the realm of possibilities.

We have no idea on what premise he signed

Knowledge is simply having enough good reasons to believe something is true, his exit next year will provide a few more. There is simply no way Trafford would have joined us if he knew we were signing Donnarumma to replace Eddy.
I agree with you completely.
