I thought he played quite well. Certainly not his best game but kept the ball well, worked hard, created a couple of decent chances and hit the bar. He looked pretty tired though and has played a lot recently so probably due a rest.

Needs a rest, I think.

His emotions are always a part of his game, but he's letting the frustrations get to him a little lately. His overall disciplinary record is nothing to worry about - he plays best with a bit of a snarl on his face but he generally knows where to draw the line.

But fatigue affects decision making and poor decisions lead to frustration and when you're frustrated and some prick keeps fouling you with impunity, it rises to the top.

Give him a match off and I think he'll be back on an even keel.

Everytime he finds himself shooting in the positions like he did today, he shapes to shoot far top corner but everytime he shoots straight at the keeper... as a right footer on the left it's the thing he needs to improve the most.

Thought he was quiet today, dramas aside, but he has played a lot recently(in big high pressure games) so understandable

I was actually half expecting him to be rested today

He's played a hell of a lot in the last 4 months or so and has clearly been one of the first names on the team sheet which is testament to his performances

I think he could do with being rested for the next game and then he can come back firing.

Can’t remember what book I read on football but I remember he wrote that when he was through on goal when you haven’t got time to think hit the ball at the goalies head Because he said that the goalie always tries to save the ball with his hand and when the goalie moves his hand his head will move and fall away!

Looks tired. Start Foden on wed. Laporte might need to come in for Dias. He was making basic errors today aswell.

He gets kicked all over nearly every game and gets little or no protection from the officials. He keeps on going though.

I thought he was alright today. He created a a brilliant chance for Erling & had a good chance himself, but two great saves from their keeper denied both these.

Really unlucky with the second effort saved by Leno onto the bar.

When it comes to his finishing, it's not good, but we all know that. He contributes many, many other things.

Then why is he positionally playing in an attacking position? He is a committed hard worker and when it comes to the ball retention, or slow down the pace of the play, he is very good on the left, but he does not stand out as a brilliant wide playmaker, either. He should be tried in a CM position, rather than that of an attacking left winger.

Pep is changing football.

We have non traditional "wingers" and "fullbacks".

How about assists ? :) or ability to dribble forward Whenever he is facing a fullback 1 vs 1 , you know whats coming

He needs to improve & take more risks.
Was it Grealish or a ghost wearing no 10 shirt vs Arsenal dribble past several red shirts on the left wing?

Cannot believe this Grealish cannot dribble forward talk.

FACT: Grealish has contributed most successful take on-s in PL out of all city players this season.

I don't know, I'm no tactical genius. But it's a team game and the team is currently the best one around with Grealish playing there. I wouldn't change it right now.
