Wholeheartedly agree. The lad has just become a father, and that changes a man’s mindset, not that he’s ever had a bad one with us, but it can only help with his maturity and outlook on life.Yes!
But only if he is fit and good enough to play for City.
The club ain't a charity. At 29 he can still have the best season in his career. It's up to him.

These points seem fair to me.When he arrived I expected fireworks but he really turned into a damp squib but that was down to Txixi and Pep imo.
Playing in Peps rigid possession system with a very limited role out wide left as opposed to having the freedom he had at Villa seriously inhibited his creative strengths .
I think it was a bad move for him to come to City and he would have prospered almost anywhere else. We could have got a lot of other players to just carry out the recycling role out left which Pep pigeon holed him with and for a lot less money.
His main contribution has been to give City a popular media celebrity status player that has attracted wide support to younger fans.
For his and our sake I hope he leaves if Pep stays.
Never expected goals and assists in double figures, he's never really hit either with any consistency. Dribbling, passing, pausa, link play etc i all expected, did think he'd be given a shot in the middle by now though but never seems to happen for some reason.

I agree with everything you've wrote there.Only Sterling got as many player performance posts as Grealish probably because they're both frustrating to watch which caused so many conflicting opinions . But there's a difference between them. Sterling contributed with plenty of goals and assists, Grealish hasn't done.
Raheem scored 128 goals with 72 assists in 7 seasons and could have scored many more goals and assists because he was involved a lot in our attacks. He played on both wings scoring 91 goals with 44 assists in 269 appearances on the left wing.
Jack is into his 4th season with us and in 3 seasons has scored 14 goals with 18 assists. This season he's been mostly injured or unavailable due to a 'mystery' injury, but thus far has 1 assist from 7 games. We can all come on here and sugar coat his performances with remarks like - "Jack draws players onto him and wins fouls". "Jack doesn't lose the ball", "Jack tracks back" etc, etc. But be honest with yourself, has he been a success, has he contributed enough, is he a game changer, and is he worth anywhere near what we paid for him? For me the answer is no to all 4 questions, sadly. At Villa he was exciting and dynamic scoring goals and assists with plenty of MOTM performances. I can't say that he has been for us. What's happened to that form? I think he's been underwhelming as he has so much more to offer but mostly players the easy option safe passes and he mostly plays within himself.
Raheem played on both wings and as a false 9, Jack has only played as a left winger and I doubt he'd be good enough to play on RW or false 9. And as for being played in centre mid I'm not sure but maybe worth trying.
Am I a hater? Don't be silly. Do I like Grealish? I certainly don't dislike him, but I'd like him a lot more if he could discover his Villa form because if he can discover his Villa form he'd be a game changer. I think he still has this season to prove himself but unless he starts scoring goals with goal assists, and being a game changer I very much doubt he'll be at City next season.
And I want him to prove me wrong. I was once critical of Sterling but he proved me and all his doubters wrong. I'm still waiting for Grealish to...
