I thought his best ball was the one to Bernardo in the first half.
The pass for the winning goal was made a lot better by the goalie for some reason staying on his line instead of coming out and claiming an overhit pass.
Eddie would have came out and dived at the feet if he was the keeper if it was the other way round.
Still played well,just needs to raise his game now against better opposition.

Thought he played well today. Tried to make things happen and a wonderful pass for the winner.

I think Pep is trying to give Jackie the chance to make himself better.

He's seen his potential and if there's any kind of "rift". (which I think is media bullshit) It's our coached frustration at Grealish not reaching his potential with city.

It was the same situation in the tie against them last year yet only Camavinga got booked somehow. Expectations are low that any of them are booked tomorrow and suspended for the second leg.

If the intent was to start him in this game before his performance at the weekend, it’s incredibly poor man management. Giving someone who only played 180 minutes in the last month a start in a game where he’d be busting his ass and getting fouled all game is irresponsible.

Hate that he’s now going to have to start over to get back into a lineup when he’s started to string a couple solid performances together.
