or maybe you just didn’t see other players drunk like that on social media? Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. But please, do get over it. It’s been 18 months.

Ah so you’re just gonna ignore the injuries he had last season and his house getting robbed? No, he wasn’t great last season but there’s a reason. You have no idea what Pep wants to do with him in January. Hugo Viana might love him and extend his contract. You have no idea.
i saw it up close ,they were all hammered :)

I agree. This is not Messi we are talking about. He has had half a great season in 3 and a bit years.
It wasn't even half a Season, more like 3 months. When the history of Peps era is written there won't be many paragraphs with Jacks name in them. Disappointing signing.

Swap deal are fantasties so come out of it.
Even if they are real, spurs are spurs not idiots to part their valuable asset for Grealish who is on £300k
Given that Levy is difficult to deal with, I also wondered if he would be willing to pay £300k wages for a player who is about to be 30 vs keeping the assets he already has, which are at a lower cost and better age.

Let's not do this. Not all of them, Stones maybe but everyone had their head screwed on, I was even impressed with Phil as he didn't show any sign of being intoxicated, unless they're all irish men pretending to be footballers in which case yeah maybe they were all wasted but kept their pokerface on but from what I saw, it was only Jack and maybe Stones that looked hammered

I don't think Phil drinks, not to get drunk anyway. He's had bottles of Coca Cola in his hand on the parades.

I find it bizarre though that Grealish is getting the level of criticism when KDB has been back in training for weeks and is still not getting himself on the pitch. Where is the rabid criticism of him? Pep clearly has an issue there too but Jack is getting all of the flack.
Maybe it's because comparing Kevin and Jack considering their respective careers at City would be unfair. One is one of our greatest ever players the other nowhere close.

If he doesn't pull out of this England squad I wash my hands of him. Supported him to the hilt since he joined us but that is taking the piss.
Why should he pull out of the England squad? He was left out of the Euros, wrongly, so he is not going to turn down a place in the squad.

We don’t know yet if he will play any minutes for England or just train with them, and if he is fit enough to play some minutes, that will hopefully get him closer to match fitness for City.

I’m sure Pep would prefer him to stay back at City and is annoyed he has been selected but it doesn’t mean he won’t understand why Jack has agreed to go.

phil haha.

I really wonder if Jack might be a really good player for us in the middle under the new system.

Him and Phil on the other side (or similar players like Bernardo) tucking in behind the striker, and also overlapping or doubling up with the winger as needed.

Among other things, I really feel that we need a good passer of the ball behind Haaland, and he always seems good in that respect.

Never said Stockport Iniesta wasn't a bad boy ;) but there's a time and place for a little naughtiness, as long as a player knows when to pull back.
he didnt :), i wish i could post my pics of the time the players came home from the CL final , as for the return journey from ibiza :)

Come on, Ruben was sick in Jack's mum's handbag.

Because we pay his wages and he's not been fit all season. I don't give a single shit about the England National team. If a player wants to put them ahead of City they can go and play somewhere else.
