Cash was lucky not to be booked earlier. Putting Doku on him when he finally got the card would have made sense given that Grealish faded.

Refs who weren't so fucking reluctant to book players of other clubs would be the fairest way of stopping players such as Cash, but apparently only City players deserve that treatment.
