I here what you're saying but that also seems like a systemic issue. Since Sterling left, no LW on the team (Jack, Doku, etc) have attacked the box from that position consistently.But what the poster you're replying to said is completely true. You can't afford to not even be interested in being a goal threat, and refusing to get in a good position in the box when somebody else has the ball, means you're not interested.
Yes Doku on his day can be a joy to watch but on days when he isn't that, he needs to lurk more in and around the box, finish tap ins... Get in positions for one touch shooting is crucial.
Of course, Raz was particularly good with his off ball movement to get in good scoring chances and the players now need to do better but I don't really know what's the main issue. In years prior we did have prime Gundo and D. Silva occupying the LCM spot so they made things easier but seems like a bigger issue than the player.
