Cancelo is great at bombing forward and cutting inside. His in-box crosses are sublime at times and he's a pleasure to watch. But the truth is, defensively neither Zinch or Cancelo are tops at defending. I still feel a natural LB is a must next season with Nate Ake/Cancelo as back-up when required. Zinch should play further forward as he tends to contribute more in the final third with his build up play but that then takes out a more seasoned player.

He’s a modest lad and would be the first to admit that he’s been a bit part player in our previous titles, but today it was a hell of a bit to play. So happy for him to come on and do that today. It must have been a horrendous few months where at times he must have felt helpless, so to get that chance and seize it, huge respect.
