He was fine, to an extent.

As a ball player, he's lacking. At least right now. It's possible that if he has a serious work ethic he could get himself up to a reasonable standard with good coaching.

As a keeper it's way too early to judge, but he does have a good reputation coming into City. I haven't seen enough of him to compare him to Ederson.

He did one fine piece of sweeping though. That's a big positive looking ahead.

As an aside, Bravo was generally as good a no.2 as you could ask for. Barring the old classic moment here and there, his goalkeeping was very good and his distribution was mostly excellent.

Remember Big Willy couldn't pass. Then by the end of the one season under Pep he was pinging 40 yarders out to our fullbacks whilst being pressed with no problem. Give the lad time.

He's a good backup to have. He's his country's first choice keeper, no?

I vaguely remembered we tried to ship him out on loan again, but the lad chose to stay as backup to learn and improve as a keeper. Can't ask for a better attitude than that.

you have a short memory if you think his distribution is worse than Joe's.
Perhaps:) I said "Probably", so I clearly wasn't sure. But he didn't look like a natural passer to me. Looked like a natural old school Goalie who isn't used to this Pep nonsense.

That's what his demeanor was saying.
