Still got a lot to offer although Pep will need to be careful which games he plays him in and the accompanying midfielders. His return does strengthen us significantly though. I am more confident that we will win the league this year than I was last year.
I would like to see the likes of Nunes, Foden and McAtee trying to "retire" our older players though.

Looked like a 33 yr old has been first half but steadily grew into the game and showed moments of class.

especially that set-up for Haaland

Looked older than 33 for the first 75 minutes but then seemed to get a second wind (maybe Brentford got tired?).

Not a great game at all though.

Pace of the game was so fast for his first start made him look older than he is

Played better when Rodri came on the pitch. He had moments of weakness in transitional defence but there aren't many better footballers around to see out a game.
