Not yet replacing Jesus.....but the signs are good,i love his attitude and his industry.

I referenced Dickov in the match thread, but there are similarities with Bellamy too.

Nowt wrong with that!

Imagine there are people who called him a CFG signing.

Txiki wanted him in the squad from January and now it's obvious why.

A never say die attitude with speed and skill to boot. He'll be a fan favourite there's absolutely no doubt about it.

Yep.
I will just be very smug and say I was right. I will also say that he will get a lot better.

Would love to see us start with him on the left and Bernie on the right. The tempo and speed on the ball would be terrifying.

He has that unpredictability about him that makes life difficult for the opposition.

I thought when we signed him he would get few minutes and not really be seen properly until next season, I think I was wrong if the first month is anything to go by.

I can see him playing regularly in this team before the season is out and unlike some record signing player, won't need 12 months to 'settle in'.

He made a great impact on the game yesterday. Would be an even bigger fan favourite already with his play and attitude but getting a little bit overshadowed at the moment, like everybody else is, by a certain Mr. Haaland.

They signed him because they ranked him the best striker in South America and their projections for where he could go were (are) very high.

Not kidding: against parked buses at home I would honestly play him as LWB (with Cancelo RWB) ahead of a back three (including Walker), allowing Phil to play LW, Bernardo RW, and Kev to roam.
I am really not kidding about this. Not as his longterm role, by any means, but for this season, against 11 men in front of goal, he’ll be just outside the left corner of the opposition box more often than not, allowing him to work his magic and take the odd shot on goal. And his stamina, tenacity, and pace, would allow him to track back and cover when the opposition counter every now and then.
