Quite telling as he’s been playing games up until a couple of weeks ago. He is possible the sharpest in the team as every other player hasn’t had enough time during preseason.

He’s got a long way to go. Lacked a bit of composure and decision making but put that down to nerves. Took his goal superbly though so the signed are very good

Live wire , typical South American in the mould of Tevez. Aguero etc., just works his socks off and he will get this rewards , can't believe we got this lad for under £20m , early days but i think he is going to be top player.

Going to be a star and will make things happen even when he’s not on top form with his work rate and energy. Looking forward to seeing more of him

Going to be a fan favorite for sure. Worth watching the short video with his family (I watched on the YouTube channel). Seeing his older brothers get emotional talking about him tugs at the heartstrings.
