2022/23 Seasoncard Automatic Update Google Pay

My mate has just discovered that his seasoncard hasn't automatically renewed & he has been left without a season ticket after 18 years attendance. He's been to the ticket office at the ground in an attempt to get it sorted to no avail. What's his next point of call? The City Matters rep? The head of supporter services?

Try contacting supporters services through twitter. They're usually quick to respond in such cases.
Otherwise @Prestwich_Blue may be able to help.
 
My 22/23 S/T has now (without any assistance from me) moved out of Expired Passes onto the front page in Google Wallet.

When I checked last week as Google Pay became Google Wallet it was still sat in Expired Passes.

So golden rule seems to be (in the sane world of Android can't speak for #applevictims) just don't touch anything, don't delete anything and it will sort itself out.

That's terrible, has he always sat in the same seat too? I'd be chaining myself to a turnstile if that shit happened to me....or accept a season long uprade to the tunnel club !

He has always been in the same seat. He's absolutely gutted & can't work out how it happened as the club email informed him renewals were automatic.

I know mine was an automatic renewal as I was on the direct debit scheme. Not sure if you were paying another would be automatic or not

Bang on advice Discosteve. That's exactly what happened with mine.

I had similar issue last year, I emailed Danny Wilson, he phoned me later that day and the issue was fully sorted the morning after
