I was worried after Leicester but maybe that’s given him a sharpness now?

I guess Brentford don’t counter anywhere near the speed and ability Leicester do and tend to kick it long rather than one/two touch interchanges.

Very good today. But needs to cut out the old vet stuff. We have VAR now. Almost nothing is hidden. So play clean. We can't afford to lose him especially now that Godri is on the mend.

Surprised he got through the 90,as he was running on empty towards the end which leads me to hoping Rodri is available Saturday.

You read some post’s, he’s legs have gone, too slow. He’s never been super fast..
At 36 yrs paying 90mins twice in a week just about say’s everything you need to know !
He’s playing for City.. He would be playing more for lesser teams in the league. He can’t get much game time because of other class players and he’s not the only one..
