Excellent talent, just needs a little more composure with his finishing and to be a bit more robust when challenged. I'm sure when he gets one goal he'll start scoring regularly. Will take time for others to get used to his style of play as well.

He deserves a goal & its coming for him
 
Wonderful assist, need to see that regularly now, it can be a very rich source of goals for us once it clicks. Progressing nicely.

was screaming at him to go outside more often or sling a cross in quicker at times, space was there to be run into. Outside run and cross was superb for Haaland's goal. He's dying to get his goal though..
 
For Savinho to unleash more magic, our full-back just needs to make more runs behind and consistently fool the opposition's full-back.
 
seems to be able to get past the full back easy easily but then too often doesnt find a blue. Last night much better, hope that continues

He has to wait his turn. Seniority rules and all that!

Spanish clubs will be clamoring for him in two seasons!

Ken Lawrence and Henry Tomlinson of the Sun Newspaper commenting on Man City players performance v Sparta wrote (don't know why it takes two of then to write a story?) that our new Samba man failed to shine and didn't dance that great, after giving the Sparta fullback a nightmare of a game. He was awarded 5 points. Savinho is only 20 and has only played a handful of games for City but already looking to be a more than worthy replacement for Mahrez. Not only does he go past opponents either side but chases and gets the ball back after loosing possession. Against park the bus merchants he has to learn that they are ready to intercept low crosses from the byeline. With a striker as big as Haarland who can out jump any defender chip the ball over (away from the keepers hands) and Haarland will do the rest.

we could use anyone going into the space either winger leaves when they come inside again. with no runner the FB can just carry on the double up and clog the space.

Would like to see both lads going outside the FB more often than they do currently regardless of who plays. change it up, outside, and a quicker cross every 4/5 runs.
 
He's fucking class, just needs a bit more time and experience. Goes past people so easily and he's deceptively quick, tracks back, doesn't give the ball away easily. Delighted with him. I knew he was very good from watching him at Girona but he's so comfortable at this level. The sky is the limit!
