My payment was due on the 1st but wasn't collected.

On my ticket account on the OS, it lists my first payment as September, then two in February. Just a heads up in case anyone is in a similar boat.

Where can you see when they payments are due out m8?

DD tab on the left when you log into your account on the city ticket site

Re: 1st payment

Mine was supposed to be over four payments but just checked and its all coming out on 15-07. Good luck with that City as its two season tickets and a car pass pass.

Re: 1st payment

Mine is due today and city normally take payment around 5pm from my account

Direct debits don't work like that. They come out in the morning.

5pm payments would be card payments that have been charged as they tend to clear around that time.

If you have internet banking most banks let you click on pending transactions and that will tell you whether or not its coming out tomorrow.

Re: 1st payment

On 'My Account' ('Direct Debit' section) of the 'Tickets' area of mcfc.co.uk it says "Sent to Bank on 15/07/2013". The others say "Payment due on...".

So I'm expecting it to come out at anytime.

I've never had a problem with the Ticket Office, always pleased with their service.

its still there
Same here.

its only been 24 hours .............. as happened on the first instalment, the payment will come out tomorrow morning (48 hours = "OR JUST AFTER" ) as the banks have to process the request etc .

The second instalment will probably come out on the day stated as the DD will already have been set up.

Re: 1st payment

My first payment was due to go out yesterday (15th) still hasn't gone! So I emailed supporter services, got a prompt reply explaining that the payment was still "Pending" and should the payment not be taken by the 22nd July I should telephone the club.

Re: 1st payment

Calm down...looking at the peoples posts on this thread who's money was supposed to be taken out on the first...looks like theirs was taken out on the 3rd on average...so I reckon it will be in the next day or so

Quite right IBH.Mine is the 1st of each month, but the first payment didn`t actually come out until the 3rd,but having internet banking I was able to log in at 00.25am and it showed as payment received.

Copied and pasted an email I received on the 8th. Don't know if it applies to everyone.
I've only removed personal info:
