Not sure what Phillips is doing wrong , he doesnt look out of place when he plays can only think it it what he does in training , but like a lot of our signings the first 12 months are a learning curve.
If he fulfills his potential next season he still could be a brilliant signing ,really hope so.

I reckon he crossed a line wi pep doing that considering his lack of game time prior to and during the World Cup. To keep yourself in shape must be the minimum expectation for a professional athlete.
