Looked dead on his feet towards the end but still chased what he could. Some scrappy passes and evidence as to why we need him wide left rather than central. I just feel he is under pressure in the middle not to give the ball away and it restricts him.

He benefits from having the freedom wide left to try and make things happen. But still a solid performance and an important goal in a very flat first half performance.
 
Pep needs to start intensively teaching him the art of positioning, thats really letting him down. Looks like headless chicken at times.
 
Quiet game, lovely finish though(Pickford was getting nowhere near it if it wasn't deflected). Definitely more suited to the wing where his high risk, high reward style is less risky.
 
One of his weaker performances but showed glimpses of magic and scored so all’s good. I think he may be due a little break from the team.
