My take on that it was classic slapped arse from Cancelo, probably typed out with his gob hanging over, and it is some form of reference to playing against us as opposition
At Cancelo's press conference, Sky Germany have just reported that Bayern have held a longstanding interest in the player & have made enquiries to City over the last two seasons. This probably explains why the loan deal was setup so quickly.
Sky said Cancelo was asked about falling out with Pep which he denied. They asked if he'd spoken to Pep about Bayern before the move & he said he hadn't. He said he's excited about being at Bayern & is looking forward to helping them win trophies.
As for Bayern, Right Back is their problem position. Pavard is out of form & is more on the bench. Apparently there's interest in him from Barça & it seems that's where his head is & Bayern have had enough.
Their other option is Morocco's World Cup Right Back Noussair Mazrouai. However, this player was seen as the backup to Pavard & has only been playing because Pavard's form has fell off a cliff.
To make matters worse, Mazrouai is currently out after being diagnosed with a heart condition which Bayern are managing, so when the option of Cancelo materialised, they couldn't believe their luck & jumped at the chance. Essentially they've got their No 1 target on loan with an option to buy, just when they needed it most.
