Looked fresh and motivated to proof the world it’s only one bad game after that brainfart against the dippers

When he's bad, holy shit, he's really bad. Couldn't believe what I was seeing from either of the £60m wide men yesterday, I can't imagine Wilson-Esbrand and Palmer would've been downgrades.

Agreed,he was utter wank last night.

Keeping things simple doesn't seem to exist in his world.

The perfect opportunity to play real fullbacks,in their natural habitat, and Pep decides to go down the 'centre halves can do a job' route.

Every single attack came from his side. He's got the positional awareness of a blue moon poster.

He's either wonderful or a car crash. There's little in-between with Cancelo.

Cancelo has started all 17 matches this season, also last night despite some fever. Pep was very grateful towards Joao post match.

We know his weak points but under those circumstances and all his effort we should swallow our moaning for a while til he has fully recharged his battery.
