Give it a rest Karen. You were quite happy throwing shit out to Jesus on a very frequent basis.
Which i havent done for a long time on his thread , ,you just said you have not seen why he is protected but you literally posted on the same page , see billys post , i rarely agree with him but he has nailed it

they didn't receive the same protection Sterling somehow seems to get.

I guess that's because it gets people's backs up when they read the occasional "he's only getting picked because he's black" and "he's only rated highly because of liberal propaganda" comments.

And then it probably gets people's backs up even more when other people either pretend those comments don't exist or, even worse, try and defend them.

Those comments might be few and far between but they have been posted on this thread and when they appear, it's frustrating to read comments later on saying "Sterling only gets criticised for what he does on the pitch. Why do people defend him so much?"

I already posted the stats earlier, but Sterling has the most goal contributions out of any city player every season for the last 4 seasons.

Even last season when people think he had a poor season, he was number 1.

Stop talking nonsense like its been ages since he has performed for us. Literally been doing it for years, and this season when he is below standard (currently like his first season under Pep numbers) we don't need people saying stupid shit like get rid and sell when he is under par in this season. You back him.

As Billy said, and my stats posted show, best player for us in these past 4 to 5 years.

You can say you want Foden starting over him in games, thats fine, but get out of here with this get rid nonsense, your an idiot if you think so, objectively your an idiot.

Sterling is a confidence player. When he has confidence hes amazing, when he lacks confidence his form drops like a lead balloon. all he needs to do is score hopefully he can against Leeds then he will be back to his best.

Anyone playing the race card to criticise Sterling deserves all the flak they get, but tbh, I haven't seen any as brutal as you suggest on this thread, not saying they didn't exist btw.

But people are getting grief for pure footballing differences of opinion, and that is not good for a discussion forum, and simply causes angst all round.
