He was absolute dogshit. After the open goal, he had that 1v1 which just trickled about 5 yards past the post, it had me in stitches. He’s brilliant at making space for himself and getting into goal scoring positions, but his technique is just laughable. It’s definitely mentally related, as in the pre match warm up when they practice their finishing, I often think why doesn’t he finish with confidence like this when it matters.I thought he was shite tonight

Who played well and scored? Almost cult like Sterling fans, never heard them ever say he’s had a bad game. If you have eyes you’d see he was average last night. Fluffed chances, lost possession and didn’t have his best game. It’s ok to say. Scoring an open net, which for him I appreciate is extremely difficult; doesn’t take anything away from his performance as a whole which was poor.
