No it isn't, spell it outIt’s pretty fucking obvious
He's scored from 5 of his last 6 penalties and he's obviously made a concerted effort at volunteering for them post Euro 2020 so get used to him taking them would be my advice.
Maybe he’s pointing out you are an obvious wum on this thread. Slag him off when he’s in poor form and then condescending faint praise when he wins a game.No it isn't, spell it out
Yes but probably the media spin following his move from the dippers plays a big part too. Not helped by England fans booing him and away fans all over the country. Then on top we have thick supposed City fans such as mossideblue and mesh not to mention Roach3 calling him dogshit. Raheem is not perfect but who is?A player like Raheem requires an understanding modern football to be fully appreciated. Yes, he is very good at some of the "obvious" skills like speed and dribbling but where he is world class is his movement, positioning and intelligence - more subtle skills but valued in the modern game where teams try to craft high probability chances. He doesn't get these high quality chances teams as stylistically different as Pep's swashbuckling City and Southgate's defensive England by luck!
I feel sorry for Raheem and for fans of his own club who cannot or will not appreciate him - in 10 years when he retires with huge fanfare as one of the most decorated English players of all time, you will kick yourself for not enjoying him in the moment.
He missed the penalty. His goal was from a reboundIs it always classed as a missed penalty, even though he scored it?
