But then his problem will be that he will be even slower.Needs to bulk up and stay up, not go down so easily like he is doing.
No PL team will have him as a starter.Always used to look at other teams players and think would they get in our team and 9/10 times they wouldn’t. Would Rico get into current Arsenal , Lpool, Chelsea, even Villa or Spuds?

he was playing well earlier this season but now looks lost. like a few other comments, not sure where he should be playing

We are in big trouble then, just because he's a local lad who's come through the academy people seem to let him off the hook, he's average at best, that's the brutal truthHe’s a kid still and has been played in so many different positions. I think he’s mustard though, although he’s not showing it currently.
I liked him playing as a right back and stepping into midfield. I think that’s the best and most effective we’ve seen him.
He has developed a tendency to go over too easily and it’s not a good look. Pep clearly trusts him though, so he will be a starter for a long, long time.
He's average for a PL player but he's great for 20. That's an important distinction. We are in big trouble then, just because he's a local lad who's come through the academy people seem to let him off the hook, he's average at best, that's the brutal truth
