And Peter Crouch was a midget!Small is not always about your height. David Silva was a midfield giant, as was Sergio upfront!

I just think if we loan him out, then he's just gone, I don't see him coming back in as if we need players, we will buy while he is on loan.
He doesn’t impact the game nearly enough to take up one of the 3-4 midfield positions in a Pep team. While he might do this in other teams, I don’t see him being part of any Pep rebuild, sorry.
McAtee is slight, lightweight and not particularly strong on the ball. That’s. Completely different from considerably smaller players like David & Sergio.Hahaha you're just making up rules on the fly
Nope. You don’t have to be fast, tall or even strong to be a good player ( I don’t remember him being easily pushed off the ball) And sure he’s shown no vision and didn’t make an impact - he didn’t get into those great positions when he scored those goals or set up that goal coming off the bench. That’s with limited to no game time as well.
I presume you said the exact same about all the other youngsters we’ve sold?
The best in the world? What players like Doku or nunes or the countless players who have been terrible this season or the unproven youngsters we’ve just signed.
He clearly has talent, but he hasn’t been given a chance in my view. I wouldn’t write him off like you’re doing. I think he’ll end up being a top player and could have saved us millions.
That's what people said about Palmer and he's now arguably the best attacking mid in the leagueMcAtee is slight, lightweight and not particularly strong on the ball. That’s. Completely different from considerably smaller players like David & Sergio.
Give it a rest! Fuck me.That's what people said about Palmer and he's now arguably the best attacking mid in the league
Getting into the next stage of the CL, and also the FA cup hopefully, should help his chances to get minutes I reckon.he can stay this window but hope in the background we dont lie to him he will have plenty of minutes if he stays.
he will play in FA-cup mainly, unless we get a PL top half opponent which could be soon as in last 16 about 10+ of those will be like that.
Given Saturday's effort, ‘arguably’ is the key word. That's what people said about Palmer and he's now arguably the best attacking mid in the league
You’re right. He isn’t being given much time on the pitch to be given a chance, be it in the league or in the Champions League. Mind you, neither is our £100 million player:(You don’t have to be fast, tall or even strong to be a good player ( I don’t remember him being easily pushed off the ball) And sure he’s shown no vision and didn’t make an impact - he didn’t get into those great positions when he scored those goals or set up that goal coming off the bench. Who is?Bellend
I say it’s fair dinkum. I’d also ask why a mother has took his Sheffield Wednesday supporting son to watch City/City players leave the ground.Video on Facebook of him from last night.
Driving out the stadium and people waiting to wave at players etc. He asks a steward to give his shirt to a young lad before he notices the lad is wearing a Sheffield Wednesday jacket and he takes the shirt back from the steward and says the kid can't have it.
Well done, James!
City are attracting new, young fans from all over the UK, who want to attend the matches.I say it’s fair dinkum. I’d also ask why a mother has took his Sheffield Wednesday supporting son to watch City/City players leave the ground.
Go and watch players leave Hillsborough.
Well yes that last bit is obvious.City are attracting new, young fans from all over the UK, who want to attend the matches.
Perhaps the young lad's family are Sheffield Wednesday fans and the jacket was bought by his parents ?
It is unbelievable how many youngsters I see in the North East where I now live, wearing City shirts/merchandise. Cannot imagine many of their parents are City fans ?
Erling Harland is a megastar, who is the current box-office attraction that perhaps Beckham (spit) was ? Youngsters want to see the best players who may be their heroes.
Alternatively, perhaps James, having had loans to Sheffield United, would not give his shirt to a fan wearing an Owls jacket ?
