He treated that very much as a friendly,i think his main concern was getting a bit fitter and not injured.

I saw that as a prominent moment in his attitude towards the fixture myself.Rightly or wrongly.....it summed up his approach.I got that impression as well, when Ramsdale overran the ball towards his own goal, there was definitely an opportunity to dive in and try and block the clearance. In a meaningful game I'd be amazed if he didn't do exactly that. He didn't yesterday and rightly so. Big season coming up and even if he doesn't recreate the insane numbers he got last year, he'll be integral to how well we do.
