You inners should quite rightly feel ashamed of yourselves.Flagellation's too good for you fuckers.

Do you think the inners will become the outers
And the outers the inners if pellegrini has a ropey start?

Sadly I think a reverse in polarity is on the horizon.
Obviously not from the more discerning of posters like our good selves Cookie.

I was a staunch Mancini inner because he was the manager and I support managers whilst employed by City..I also support the owners and realise they make decisions that I may or may not like but realise that im pretty powerless to do owt about any that they make..Was I taken aback by Bobs sacking?? yes of course,as were many on here,we didnt want to lose Bob,but away he went, albeit into City folklore. The title, the 1-6 the Spuds 1-5 FA cup was for all City fans and will always be remebered by all City fans..I felt robbed, because although I couldnt do anything I wanted to say thankyou, this might sound silly to some but its what I felt and I wanted him to know that he did his bit,god knows plenty of City managers didnt..
Im proud that I contributed towards the newspaper ad in gazzetta,it gave me closure on a manager that gave me so much and to whom I will always remember with pride..
Now with the same pride,I will support Manuel Pellegrini, hes here to do good things for city,he wants to help us win things and better ourselves as a football club and I firmly believe he will.
So I say a heartfelt thankyou to bob and I give Manuel Pellegrini a very warm welcome to this special club and its oh so special fans..

Well put Sir.

I'm going to mention the S word.

Inners, outers, uppers, downers. The vast majority of long term supporters would agree that what the club has always needed is stability.

We can't keep chopping and changing managers. City sacked the overall most successful premier league manager of the last 2 years, but that is now water under the bridge.

Pellegrini has to succeed now, but he also needs time. The last thing City and the fans should be doing is considering another change of manager if we don't win competitions this season.

We need some stability. Stability. (there, I said it twice)

There's talk about holistic this, that and holistic the other, but all the great clubs in Europe ( we are not there yet) have a style and an identity that imposes upon the opposition. It really is time to develop that with a consistent management team that is here for the long term. Good coaches can win individual games, but we need more than that.

The whole club has a whole better atmosphere now he has gone

Pellegrini already doing a very good job, long may it last

The great clubs in Europe change managers lots.

What we need is the right manager in place, and then to invest in him and keep him. Hopefully that's what we have now.

It was a necessary thing, you can see it in the way the players have responded.

We aren't privy to everything that goes on behind the scenes. When I read about those players sitting in a hotel pub celebrating Mancini's sacking, it made sense why the decision was made in February.

It will be nice to not have so much drama off the pitch.
