Mancini dont seem like an easy guy to get along with and its his way or the highway and i sont think that AJ helps himself - clash of personalities i think but it is proabably easier to say whom Mancini has not fallen out with rather than who he has fallen out with

However his management style has worked so players need to comply of get the fook out of disdge

Yeah i think AJ is one of those guys who likes the arm round the shoulder a guy who needs someone in his ear telling him how brillant he is, obviously thats not bobs way but thats all part of man management, just think its such a waste of such a great talent which is what ive always believed AJ is, it dosnt help our game plan isnt built around wing play so first team starts are going to be limited but even so theres potential there.

Ive kind of resigned myself to him leaving though but i dont see the point of signing Sinclair at all.
Cant agree with this. AJ plays for manchester city football club in 2012, that proves hes a good footballer. There should be no need for an arm around th shoulder and praise.

Either he accepts the challenges to play for us or he can teake the easy route and play for west ham.

We cant have a manager who is freinds with players, it will make it difficult to put them on the bench when needed.
Aj needs to understand that playing for manchester city is an honor and to be able to continue play for manchester city you need to improve your game all the time. If he were smart he should train extra on his defensive play use the performance team to guide him in the areas hes not top notch in.

If Aj cant handle the responsibility and press that comes with it to play for city then he need to go.

Fair enough thats another way of looking at it but i dont agree, every player no matter how good he is at times goes through a crisis of confidence and needs reminding that hes got the full backing and faith from the management, surely handling different players mentality's is all part of day to day management? you aint gonna get 25 players with super confidence and 100% self belief all the time at any club, i just think AJ is one of those players who needs to feel loved to play at his best, now whether thats right or ideal is another matter but i dont think it should be a case of my way or the highway.

AJ is already a sucess story for City, we only paid 6 -7m for him and through Mancini he has effectively doubled in price. So for me it doesn't matter whether he makes the grade or not, Sinclair will be the same bring them in young make them better players if they don't make the grade at City at least we will make money out of them. We can't lose :-)

Hes a success because we've added a few quid to his value?? really?? if we sold him tomorrow id say that was a huge waste of potential talent and i wouldn't call making a few million from him in the transfer market a success certainly not a footballing one, an economic one perhaps but is that why you watch football? of course not.

I guess because we dont play with wingers a lot of people consider him surplus to requirements and couldn't really care less if he went, im assuming your one of those, fair enough but everyone including me is crying out for another dimension to our team and in AJ we potentially have it, the ability is there i just dont think its being nurtured properly and selling him and buying sinclair seems like a huge waste of time.

Football is a business the rags are no longer a football club they are now a media franchise. They got rid of the word football club off their badge years ago. Times change if AJ does as he is told by our manager and improves he will stay and play games for us, it is up to him to play so the manager can't drop him. For me he is in last chance saloon, and to make sure we have an option another winger is brought on board to tell him as much. We haven't over the years made profits out of transfer signings about time we did.

How much time should we give him? It's been two years and he's 25. You can only talk about his 'potential' for so long. Decent player, but he's just another one of those footballers who will never fulfill the potential everyone thinks they have.

That's not saying much tbf.

Johnson's only downfall is consistency!

he has the talent, ability and some more to be come a great player we have all seen it just not on a regular basis, personally id like to give him this season to prove his worth whether he gets that chance well that's another matter.

He can't get that if he doesn't play. Catch 22.
