Fair point about the left foot balance. I wouldn't be against us getting both of them though!I think a left foot would help us more. Still think the premium signing would be Baleba but the price would be insane

I think we should be looking at signing both. We're a bit short in the middle now and these 2 look like they fit our profile.Wharton is good, I'd be happy with us going for him. However, the more I see Elliot Anderson, the more impressed I am. I know we kept a close eye on Gibbs-White, hopefully we've moved on, but not very far.
He’s been a good player. He absolutely has not been an 80m defender. Nowhere near yet and for the reasons I put in my next post. You calling it a lost cause does not mean it is. Oracle
Not very likely we buy 2, we will have Rodri, Gonzalez, Reijnders, Foden, Cherki, probably Nypan, doubt we’d add more than 1 to that.If any depending how those 6 go this season.I think we should be looking at signing both. If the hit signing pays off, look at how much shite united have thrown 80 million at,and once they got a 40 million player who was actually worth 80 million80 mill on a hit signing is worth any number of 40 million flops

Do we really need another midfielder whose best position is not in midfield? Like most players in this world he’s also in love with MadridOr we could pay real 100 mil for Valverde!
Or we could pay real 100 mil for Valverde!
Foden and Cherki thread passes higher up the field. We need someone who can pass through the lines like Wharton or Hugo Larsson. The only one that can do that right now is Rodri. When are CBs also lack ability to break the line then the problem is accentuated.Camavinga compliments Rodri better imo. Covers ground, wins duels and versatile. Wharton … you’re paying a premium because he’s English. The only thing I like about him is his forward passes and through balls. But we have Cherki and Foden for that
Why would they sell him?Or we could pay real 100 mil for Valverde!
But but surely thats Bellingham!! (In his own eyes at least). They wouldn't even pick up the phone at any price he's their best player by a mile

We bought Reinjders to do the things prime Gundo used to do. He can do that. I agree our defenders can’t break the line like Dias but if you look at the way we wanna play. We don’t play out from the back anymore. We’re asked to win balls in the air, get the 2nd ball, fast movements to release Haaland and later Marmoush. They can’t be similar to Reinjders or Nico G imo. They have to be different and offer something we desperately need.Foden and Cherki thread passes higher up the field. We need someone who can pass through the lines like Wharton or Hugo Larsson.
