Adebayor to Spurs

If due to some horrible, unforseen injuries to key players we end up in a struggle for a CL spot with the Spuds, I hope that the firing line consists of whomever is responsible for negotiating this.

If he's motivated he is more than capable of scoring 20 goals. Motivation has always been his biggest and probably only flaw as a player because when he wants to be, he's as good as anyone in the Prem.
 
Mirror are saying inter were in for him as well. If it's true I just think it's a really bad idea and a very bad piece of business for us.

Do you honestly think the suits in charge of City are idiots? and would send him to Spurs if it wasn't the best deal on the table for us?

Who are our rivals precisely? So far this season I count two and the likelihood of Tottenham beating either of those... well... it's not high.

the guy who only plays when he is arsed? which is hardly never..
i can see him coming back to city after the loan spell which is something i don't want city need to sell him
 
we need him off our pay role as he will not play for us again. if someone is willing to sign him all well and good. if not send him out on lone and make the club pay his wages. dont care home or abroad. blackburn are trying to sign big names lol send him to the chicken farmers.

Perhaps I heard wrong but reports are (at least initially) we're paying 50% of his wages.
 
If he is going there it is sounding like they have had to agree some sort of deal where they pay all or most of his wages.

Still rather have done that deal with real or inter. I wouldn't give spurs the steam off my shit personally.
 
Well if it's a loan then I guess he won't be playing for them on Sunday... Which is good. If he improves them against everyone else then great.

the guy did not wrong here,u don't understand him and would never do too.just a shame everybody believes what they say in the papers now of days he never said a profane word to the club or support and yet some of us come in here to chatized some one who gives is best for the club.all i know was is,he had problems with Mancini and not the club or support ok.

I don't see Tottenham as title contenders so I suppose Adebayor could help them shave some points off other clubs in the future, although we had better include some clauses in the deal because if he played against us he would probably score 4
