I would put a statement out to say he is available to go out on loan.

When Spuds come knocking i would f*ck them off. They will then need to go and spend minimum 20mill to replace someone of Ade's ability and still pay good wages.

Half of negotiating is knowing what the other side want - yes we need to offload ade but Spuds only have Defoe without him so are just as desperate for strikers.

We should tell levy to fuck off. Spurs are desperate for a striker and if they want one who has anywhere near ades ability they are looking at 20 m in today's market. We ought to tell them he will not be sold to them at any cost for fucking us around.

The reason levy is taking the piss is because he knows he's holding us up moving for other players, just the same as the Tevez situation.

It's an unfortunate problem that's haunted us for the last couple of years, trying to move our deadwood on is not easy when clubs know that the longer it drags the more desperate we become.

Worst case scenario is we tell Tottenham to fuck off and circulate Adebayors loan availibility,its not the transfer fee that matters its getting his wage or a large percentage of it off the books.

This plus high wages, but that only applies to Ade, Crocky and Bridge TBF. We still have others to move on which collectively wage wise would allow us to start our transfer acquisitions. Weiss gives us 4 mill, Kolo gives us 5 mill, MJ gives us 0.5mill, Boyata gives us 2 mill, Savic gives us 4 mill. Those wages add up.

Clubs have taken the piss out of us too often in recent years, the only way to take control of the situation is to start calling the shots. Ideally we would get rid of Adebayor and Spurs know this but as someone else said, they wouldn't get another striker anywhere near his quality for such a low price. I would definitely hold out on this one.
