Really like the look of this lad, seems like he's got plenty of belief in himself and I think given a run of games could progress very quickly

He showed a couple of nice backtracking runs when we lost the ball.

If he can do that to a sufficient level to be an asset rather than a liability when we lose possession, he will make it. There is no problem so far as ability goes.

I didn`t recognise him at first due to his new haircut.But the lad oozes class and can become a permanent fixture in the team.

Whether for us or someone else, he is going to be the guy in midfield who is always an option for teammates. He starts moving into the right position two passes in advance and he seems to have gotten a lot bigger since he first joined us.

More worthwhile giving this guy game time than Delph

They fulfil completely different roles in the team. You might as well say it's more use giving Tosin game time instead of Navas.

If Delph can stay fit he will have a very worthwhile role to play, he's a much more natural (and much faster) version of how Zabaleta played last night and his runs off the ball and fast covering back were enough to catch the eye in the short cameo he had.

Not sure why there's always such a trend on here to praise player A by needlessly insulting player B. It happens all the time and it's almost never appropriate.

I'd start him at Goodison with Yaya. Looks a special talent this lad.

I could be wrong but in his 22 minutes he completed 35 out of 37 passes, granted West Ham practically gave up, thats a great little stat to have. Really hope we start to keep the offense firing at full force so that he can have more cameos and potential starts against the lower table teams!
