Doubt it. He was just as bad against Newcastle and still got picked today, while Demichelis still gets played every now and again. Players performances clearly don't affect Pellegrini's decision to play themChill lads. At least that was his last ever game for us.

He has no redeeming qualities as a player or a person. I'll always remember that time he gave Barker a rollicking in a friendly, spoke volumes for him as a character.

Says a lot that he's been here 6 years and had about 2 decent games
Never really criticised him before. Often thought the abuse he gets is unwarranted.
Today however his performance was unforgivable.
That their player needed 20 yards to make up on him and he still waltzed passed him, without Kolarov making so much as a move, was unbelievable.
He never even flinched or showed any emotion when they scored either.
