just parroting the line someone or some institution has fed them saves them doing any actual thinking - if there is no alternative to anything we would still be in furs living in caves in awe of fire. You need to look for an alternative to progress and make things better. What they really mean they can't be arsed looking or thinking they let someone else do it for them and they just lazily go with the flow. Its like all politicans are the same - really? So if in your constituency you have Tory, Labour, LD. Reform, Communist Party, Monster Raving Looney, Green and several independents then if you say " they are all the same" you should be barred from voting

In the 1990s Ed Davey (leader of the Lib Dems) was at Clapham Station when a woman fell from the platform onto the tracks.

With a train pulling into the station, Davey jumped onto the tracks, risking his own life, to pull the woman to safety. He was given an award for his bravery by the Chief Constable of British Transport Police.

Sick of hearing Tory MPs just reeling out what is obviously a pre prepared script this morning. Even using the same words/phrases. Do they really have a mind of their own? The ones backing Johnson that is.
 
They keep trotting out the line of Johnson’s majority which the public gave him a resounding mandate to lead and that we should never ignore that. That was December 2019 where a lot of water has now gone under the bridge. He hadn’t lied about illegal parties then, he hadn’t lied about oven ready brexit deals, he hadn’t thrusted them cost of living and spiralling inflation onto the electorate. He hadn’t told the British public about a tax hike, he did lie about how much money we would save from being out of the EU and how we could spend it on the nhs.

They’ve lost control, their polices are a cause and effect of what we see now in the country and we are not even at the worst of it yet.
