You have totally missed the point that SK did track and trace, and focused their testing on that, so they got away with not doing as much as Italy and Spain.As of 19 April, the UK had carried out 6.2 tests per 1,000 people, whereas Germany had done 25.11 per 1,000, Italy 19.93 and South Korea 10.46, according to data collated by online scientific publication Our World in Data from official sources.
Your South Korea has tested roughly half per 1000 people than Italy which suggests to me their numbers on deaths are not to be believed in the slightest given their population and population density.
