I never said she wasn’t a ****, she’s just an infinitely better politician than the three mentioned.
Anyway you don’t necessarily have to live through something to have a good appreciation of it.
I also obviously have parents and grandparents who lived through it, as well as a mother in law.
I grew up through New Labour and I’ve learned more in the last 18 months with the two books I’ve read then I did when I was leaving school and getting my first job.

I respect her immensely, even if I don’t agree with everything she did.
I think most people would swap her for Johnson in a heartbeat right now.
She’ll be spinning in her grave at his u-turns.

Come on mate. You have just said Thatcher was 'infinitely better than 2 (excluding Merkel) of the best female politicians we've ever seen.
Ask literally anyone in Wales, Scotland, NI or the North of England if they agree with that assessment.
