Alexis Sanchez

john cross putting his finger to the wind and seeing which way its blowing with the article today. seems like this would have to start moving in the opposite direction for him to sign with us by end of month.

With Kelechi gone and Pep not trusting Bony at all, we need one more player that can score goals based on the rumours Mbappe/Alexis, its a high level player we are looking at not just a simple 3rd choice goalscorer behind Kun/Jesus.

For that we could give Roberts a chance I am sure he could deliver a few goals but Pep wants more imo than a few goals he wants one more very dangerous attacker.

We still have got 25 days to get that attacker anyway I think we play two PL games before we get anybody and if we fail to convert loads of chances or even if we drop points because if it Pep will be under even more pressure to get that last attacker....

Still not convinced. Arsenal are playing a game, no way they throw away 50m and let Sanchez go for free next year. Arsenal are more business than football club.
They are business-oriented which is why they might have realized that losing Sanchez on a free (and potential 50 mil) is more acceptable than finishing than 7th in the table and missing out on CL/EL money.

Any body language experts able to assess his behaviour this afternoon and what it could mean for any potential transfer to City?

Wenger could have sat him on the bench today and not even brought him on or just give him the last 10 mins or so to send a message yet he didnt even do that because he knows the lad wants out, end of.

Arsenal will sell and yet again, Wenger and his rhetoric will prove empty.
