He wasn't our top target though. We got all our top targets. Sanchez was the icing on the cake

So to sum up City made the error of assuming Arsenal knew what they were doing and had the Lemar deal all teed up and ready to go having got everyone's agreement beforehand just as City had done with Sanchez.
