It is about having the options to play 3, 4, or even 5 at the back while having a large presence in midfield, it also allows us to play the failing high press again.

A good player who will get better, how good is any ones guess, not worth £35 million now but will surpass that. I would still go for Davis first, but this lad and the Wolves lad are good options.

I'd love him. We've done well with the four CB system, but I feel it makes us too predictable and one-dimensional at times. We miss being able to bring on a Cancelo or even Zinchenko, who can make things happen from the full back position.

So what if Bayern accept the fee from us? Davies can still refuses if he heard that Bayern also have Madrid offer in table yet they didn't accept it.
