I think it´s only one person, maybe OS put a extra comma. Franciso Santos Silva Junior it´s a name and surnames very common here in brazil.

Just done some research, football manager and google based-plus info from my dad who runs <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfcreservesandacademy.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfcreservesandacademy.co.uk</a> and he says that Fransisco santos Silva Junior, is a 19 year old attacking midfielder from Benfica
Also, He's apparently been training with the EDS for a while now
