Negredo was definitely an important part of our squad last season. Just because he went off the boil in the 2nd half of the season does not negate what he did in the 1st.
I would be perfectly happy if he was to stay, I think with the talent in the team it wouldnt be long before he started banging them in again.
However, if the beast has found it difficult to settle here and does yearn for a move back to Spain then a sale makes sense for all parties. He is 29 and at this stage with our financial constraints we should be able to recoup at least what we paid Sevilla for him.
He would go with my best wishes.
