He changed Di Maria's mind when he was all set for PSG.

I think it's funny as fuck, all these plastic twats that have texted us over these past few years about us spending money are now going to be bragging to us about doing the same thing...
More comedy gold from the hypocrites....

The goal posts shift now to "We made our own money" (as if City, with revenues pushing £400m, don't), the funny thing being that without money they DIDN'T make they would have ceased to exist long before they became successful.

Then on top of that the media disregarding the fee involved and lauding the signing as a brilliant and shrewd piece of business by the rags, where as we know how they would report it if it was us.....

So what you are saying is Di maria had to be talked into going to the rags and they wasn't his first choice??
Isn't Di maria a lifelong utd fan who used to never watch rag games on a TV his family couldn't afford??
Shield your eyes boys and girls, there's a wankfest on it's way....

Good signing for them when it goes through.

However the past few transfer windows has shown how unbelievably shite their team actually is. When this deal goes through this will mean that they will have spent around £200 million on players since they won the league two seasons ago. What is even more worrying for them is the fact that they still need to spend another £100 million or so to actually compete for all the major honours.

You knew he was going to be sold as soon as the stories hit the press that Ancelotti expressly requested for him not to be.

They'll be able to get through a few more games with sheer fire power but it's not going to make them title contenders. If Di Maria is their last signing they're still well short.

Im now in doubt if this will be their last signing in this window now

So this breaks the same day as we hear that Welbeck has been told he can leave, and there i was thinking the rags didn't buy expensive imports to replace young English talent.

i can still see them going for Blind or Dejong, maybe they might to for Benatia as well, they were always going to buy quality at some point.
