I think it's funny as fuck, all these plastic twats that have texted us over these past few years about us spending money are now going to be bragging to us about doing the same thing...
More comedy gold from the hypocrites....

The goal posts shift now to "We made our own money" (as if City, with revenues pushing £400m, don't), the funny thing being that without money they DIDN'T make they would have ceased to exist long before they became successful.

Bang on the money mate, just had a text from a Rag "We earn our money" lol

Wankers!

Di Maria is top quality! Why, oh fucking why has he chosen to play for those 7th placed shit-head cretins?

Gutted about them signing him, but it still doesn't address their real problems at CM and CB.

I seriously fucking hate those red twats and I hope Di Maria is just Woodward and Butthead trying to placate the glory-hunting, happy clapping masses, but this signing has me ever so slightly worried.
You need to grow a pair flower.....

Just throwing a quick temper tantrum! Out of my system now, I should think.

If Louis Van Cuntface changes to a 4-2-3-1 with grannyshagger, Mata and Di Maria behind Van Rapist it won't matter if they play Micheal Keane and Blackett as the centre backs as they'll outscore most teams.

People seem to have this impression he's a prancing pony. He goes down easily but he has lots of spirit like many Argentinians and keeps running, working hard. Van Gaal will love him.

And how is he inconsistent when he created 92 chances last season and registered more assists than any other player in Europe's top leagues? Every winger in the world is frustrating at some point, but he is behind only Robben IMO.

No point trying to deny it, he's a top signing for them and once again they have been bailed out by a quality player being handed to them when they were in decline (RVP).

Simon Mullock says Nigel de Jong could be next.

No amount of Di Maria's will turn that team around. It's the same team that lost at home to Swansea!

Di Maria can't play wing back so essentially he will be another player played out of position or LVG's reverting to 442.

The upshot still remains that they have already spunked £80m on players nobody else wanted and now are going to spend another £60m to buy a winger they don't need or won't use as a winger.

In short LVG won't see Easter.

It's got to be the end of the 352 though, as there is no position in that formation for Di Maria, except in attacking midfield, where Mata surely has to be. He can't play wingback, he's nowhere near good enough at scoring to play upfront and he's too indisciplined to play as one of the two holders.

The thing about United is, no matter how much they spend, they don't look like they have a coherent plan as to why they are buying the players. It's straight out of the Mark Hughes playbook, buying the best players available, rather than looking at what player they need and getting the most suitable player. That's what's so impressive about our business under the Spanish boys, you can see the grand plan behind each move.

He'll just use Di Maria as his Robben I guess.

Interesting that the Telegraph said United opened talks with Douglas Costa as an alternative, but decided to take the plunge on Di Maria. Douglas Costa along with Luiz Adriano is one of those (like Fernandinho and Willian) who deserves to be seen in a top league.

Robben is a goalscorer with genuine pace though, Di Maria has never been prolific at all and he's not got Robbens ridiculous pace. I don't think he'd be much of a striker at all.

On the Shakhtar players, wasn't the Dombas Arena hit by mortars today? You'd imagine they'd be desperate to get out of there.
