If Rags do not get in Champs league next season they could be screwed
He doesn't score many goals, not sure he's ever even hit double figures in a season.Kun Aguero said:mcfc2607 said:I think kun agueros wumming.
No wumming, explain what's wrong with what I said, will he improve that lot? yes, will he score goals? yes, on paper does the four players mentioned look decent? yes.

While I don't think he's what the rags need, he's a decent enough player.
I don't deny he has quality, but on the basis that we have at City of there being two players for every position, di Maria should have been retained. But he wasn't, others being preferred ahead of him. He will improve the rags, but not to the extent that makes some on here set to throw the towel in.Blue Haze said:I'm no cynic said:If he was as good as some say, he wouldn't be leaving Real.
Look at the players he has to compete with. There are three forward spots in the team and one is occupied by Ronaldo. The other two by Bale and Rodriguez.
Real is absurdly overloaded with talent. PSG are such stupid pricks for blowing all that money on Luiz, bailing out Chelsea, instead of buying Di Maria, letting rags have a free run.

I agree. He is a good player. I would have been more concerned had they signed two centre backs and a right back who can actually play football.
As long as Jones, Smalling and Evans are given the job of defending for the rags they won't win anything.
Where does he fit in? Do this mean Mata is benched or moved to the wing.

I just wonder what could have tempted this world cup finalist, playing at a top European club and on a decent wage,to a club that finished 7th..
I think I know what it could be but not from the rags, not the utd way boys and girls.
does anybody know what could have lured di maria to the biggest club in europeTM
