Annoying media buzz words.

I know it isnt in the media, more on this site and probably around internet footy forums but i hate all that Notlob, Bin Dippers etc stupid words that never get used in real life, ever, even by the people who use them on forums! Rubbish!

When did you first hear the expression "rag"?

I ask because when I was a student in the late 70s we had a thing called Rag Week, where all sorts of events took place. I don't recall it having any united connections though. (I remember thinking of it as a woman's time of the month as well - sorry)

Yeah, you're right, that's a new one which has crept in over the last couple of years.
