Trouble is if you depart from, go away from, go from, withdraw from, retire from, take oneself off from, exit from, take one's leave of, pull out of, quit, be gone from, decamp from, disappear from, abandon, vacate, absent oneself from, evacuate, somewhere without knowing your destination you end up wondering aimlessly for a while until you find out where your going.

"The Brexit party leader added: "Forget people changing their minds. People want it over, done and get on with the rest of their lives. Who wants this to dominate our politics for another five or 10 years."

This nugget from Mr Farage, clearly ignoring the fact that if we go with a no-deal brexit, it's going to take at least a decade to normalise our relationships with our trading partners around the world. It's hard to believe that anyone actually believes this prick, but it's clear that they do.
The notion that tbis isn't going to dominate our politics, irrespective, is absolutely fucking comical. He seems to be suggesting that we'll leave and that will be that. Fucking clown.

It's pretty alarming just how many people aren't grasping this and also that people like Farage are able to knowingly perpetuate such a lie without being challenged.

Was listening to the radio this morning and an interesting possibility was raised that I had not heard of before.
After a no deal we could come to a 'stand-still agreement' with the E.U for 12 months.
Basically we carry on as normal with the E.U with our current relationship on temporary life support for 12 months, however we are out and remain is no longer a possibility (bar rejoining)
This then gives the government 12 months to negotiate some form of a deal with the E.U

Tue question is, does Farage believe it ?

Is he really that dumb ?

Not in my opinion. Leaving Europe just to spend years fucking about trying to solve the ensuing problems & come out better off, is not why Farage has campaigned for it.

He doesn't give a flying shit about that. He wants us out, because it suits him. Same as the ERG.

They have plans for shit they want to do to people, & shit they will throw into the fan in general & they wouldn't get away with it.

That would be a good idea.

Therefore I wonder what the catch is ?

Will Mogg back it, seeing as he won't make so much money in those circumstances ?
