It started turning middle class when the Premier League was formed, and they started focusing on advertising revenue more than the fans.
When clubs started to market themselves to corporations to sell 'boxes'
When they started charging 10 bloody quid to park
When they started putting loo roll in the loo

Depends how you view that.
Some will say "we took a load of abuse in the past - so it's payback time now"
Others will say "we've been down and out, we know what it's like, so now we'll show a bit of respect for other clubs that are still stuck in the mire"
I'm of the latter persuasion.
But chants like 'we'll score when we want' - I don't see any harm in that IF it's response to something. A bit of irony. Best used sparingly though.
I'm more against Munich chanting, or assuming we're going to beat everyone in front of us. There are defeats coming, we just don't know where and when, so it's best to treat every game as though it may be one of them!
