Once you wipe the pink marshmallow away from your eyes you'll see that true democracy isn't a thing and it never has been, all we can hope for is governance that doesn't hurt us too much.

True democracy would look too much like true communism for my liking, everyone with the same chances in life but with a meritocracy judged by the tin pot god leading the democracy we have all wanted.

Micromanaging a population of 70 million will always need 650 egotists who know better than everyone else how their "Democracy" is run.

There are a lot of people in Europe's conservative parties who are keenly waiting for Trump to win or stage a coup over there and then be part of his attempt to extend his power globally. Which I suggest will include ending democracy and killing anyone they don't like

Look straight into the Labour parties eyes if you want to see the culprits, putting old man Corbyn up for election they must have known they were fucked, and now they've got Starmer who is pretty close to Tory thinking (And he will win as he should after 12 years of these cunts) but don't make the mistake of assuming he's any different than the Tories he isn't.

A lot of people in this country live and breath politics it's their hobby, if they see Hitler, Herman Goering or Himmler in the Parliament then they have eaten way too much cheese before bedtime.

The Government may snoop on the bank accounts of state pensioners!!! How dare this repulsive, disgusting, repellent bunch of liars and (alleged) fraudsters who give billions to their friends by way of false contracts, snoop on pensioners who have worked all their lives and paid their taxes? I am beyond disgusted, beyond comprehension and beyond being a glass half full person. This has upset me so much, not for myself, the only money I have going into my bank account is my State Pension and my Teachers Pension. I claim no benefits but I do have friends who have to because of health problems.
I cannot express how humiliated I would feel if they snooped on my bank account, probably the last piece of privacy we have.

Sorry but .... daft old woman I know.... I have got emotional about this. This is not the country I love and have defended all my life.

Just a gentle reminder that the same government has sold off all your NHS data to an American Company called Palantir (also connected with Cambridge Analytica of Brexit fame) so don't complain when your life , Private Health and travel insurance doubles in cost (or becomes unavailable )
