The ref, having played the advantage, was wrong to disallow that goal and any 'advantage' went to the arse subsequently.

If you saw the replay, Rico handled the ball when he fell on it so no way was that going to get given even if the ref had played advantage.

For me the mentality was wrong, it was a game we didn’t want to loose rather than a game we wanted to win.

The team didn’t get out of 2nd gear. We had no desire to go and win the game, we lacked ambition!

I don’t think I was the only one. Although please tell me what clarkied means, I have never really figured it out.

When someone posts something that is untrue but is plausible enough to possibly be true.

When other posters fail to spot this and respond as if it is true, they have been "clarkied".

A term named in honour of City fan, brilliant actor and Bluemoon member Warren Clarke (RIP) who contributed often in this style.
